LAST GAME 03.05.08 Ragged School 3 Brunswick 1. An enjoyable game of football, with good quality play from both sides. Our fitness showed in the second half as a few players just couldn't compete in the midfield.
23.04.08 Winch Wen 11 Brunswick 1. At only 2-1 down half time, it's hard to believe they scored ten goals against us in 45 minutes.
16.04.08 South Gower 7 Brunswick 0. They were never seven goals better than us, but we just didn't compete.
09.04.08 Brunswick 3 Penplas 3. They took the lead twice in the game, but we fought back and could have even clinched a win. Jamie Wheeler scored two oustanding goals, despite carrying a hamstring injury. He might have got his hat-trick, but was hacked down by the opposition who continually fouled heavily thoughout the game. It was centre forward Michael Davies that got our other goal. Overall a much better performance than Saturday, but still room for improvement.
05.04.08 Kilvey 4 - Brunswick 3. Quarter Final of Open Cup. Despite coming back from 3-1 down, it just wasn't going to be our day.
02.04.08 St Josephs 1 Brunswick 2. The first midweek game of the year, and a great entertaining game to watch. Despite the Saints only starting with 10 men for the first 25 mins, we could not get it past thier keeper, who was having the luckiest performace ever. There must have been at least four times we hit the woodwork, apart from Adam Bow hitting home a perfect direct shot. Saints equalised and were well in the game, and it wasn't until the last 5 mins of the game that Rob Shannon went through, only to be brought down by their keeper. But before the referee had time to call penalty, the ball was slotted home by Jamie Figs.

22.03.08 Cwm Press 4 Brunswick 1
15.03.08 Game abandoned after 20 minutes when Brunswick's Ashleigh Mannings suffered a suspected broken ankle. Game to be replayed.
08.03.08 Penlan v Brunswick. Game called off
01.03.08 Trostre 3 Brunswick 1, West Wales Cup Round 5. The result is a flattering scoreline for Trostre. The youngsters in our side played with great skill and at a pace that the opposition could not contain. We hit the bar and post early in the game, but never had the luck of the ball. Trostre scored just before half time, with a contentious off side decision not given. Then it was late in the second half when they got their second, to which we promptly equalised with Robert Shannon creating his own chance, turning and finding the back of the net. They finished off with a third goal, as we were caught out pushing forward for our equaliser. It just wasn't to be today, but the players can be proud of a gutsy performance.
23.02.08 Winch Wen 0 Brunswick 3, Open Cup Round 2. What a superb win for the lads. Winch Wen must be gutted to be out of another cup. Jamie Figures scored the first and last goals, with Mark Buckney scoring our second. This must fill the boys with confidence ahead of next weeks' West Wales Cup game.
16.02.08 Brunswick 2 Gors 1. A great win for the lads today, but this win is still not enough to see us safe in Division one for next season. Even though we have only had one loss since last November, we are just 4 points off the relugating zone. Tough game at the top next week!
09.02.08 Morriston Olympic 1 Brunswick 1.
02.02.08 Brunswick 1 Gowerton 0. This was a great win in the fourth round of the West Wales Cup.

15.12.07 Brunswick 2 Giants Grave 0. At the last this West Wales Cup fixture was finally played out, and what a performance from the whole team. Our centre-half Michael Davies, played up front this week and showed us how its done. He got himself on the end of one of Jamie Wheeler's crosses, to put away his second goal of the season. Our other goal was also set up by Wheeler for Robert Shannon to find the back of the net. Although it was 'keeper Michael Eames that was voted man of the match for his outstanding display in goals. Let hope for a great fixture in the next round.

24.11.07 Brunswick 0 North End 0. With an opposition full of ex Brunswick players we knew this was going to be a hard fought game. Michael Eames had to be man of the match after pulling off three stunning saves to keep the game alive for us, but there were no goals from either side.
17.11.07 No Game
10.11.07 Bonymaen 7 Brunswick 2. A bit of a tuning for the boys this week. A makeshift side, due to several injuries, put up a brave struggle against strong opponents. Michael Simpson scored two consolition goals.
03.11.07 Bryn Rovers 2 Brunswick 3. In a scrappy game came two great strikes by Robert Shannon. One in either side of half time, was enough to put Brunswick on the winning road. Then Michael Simpson made it 3 nil, with only 17 minutes remaining. Bryn fought back hard and managed to get 2 goals in the last three minutes, but it wasn't enough. We are into the next round of the West Wales Cup!

29.09.07 Brunswick 3 St Josephs. Despite being 1 nil down, we fought hard to come back. Two goals from Robert Shannon, and one from Mark Buckney.
26.09.07 Gors Inn 1 Brunswick 7. We won 7-1 yes Seven - One. New signing Robert Shannon scored 6 and Lee Maunder had the 7th. Old man at the back Leighton Morgan's bad back pass found their sub James Lewis nipping in to get a consolation goal for Gors. Robert Shannons double hat-trick was brilliant, with his skill and pace. A great signing for the club. Jon Eames, Lee Maunder Ben Walker were outstanding in midfield and tore Gors apart.
19.09.07 Brunswick 1 Morriston Olympic 2. Despite leading one nil until well into the secoind half, it was not enough to keep out the very lucky Olympic. Their winning goal scored only in the dying seconds of the game.
15.09.07 No game - Cup Bye
12.09.07 North End 2 Brunswick 2. This was a batle against more than half of our old first team lads, and a game we shoud have won.
08.09.07 Brunswick 3 Penlan Club 2. The first win of the season. Michael Davies opened up the scoring within the first few minutes. Jonathon Eames fired home the second, and then Jamie Figures scored to make it 3-1. Penlan started to creep back into the game but we held them off to the end.
05.09.07 Penplas 1 Brunswick 1. First point of the season for the lads, and we should have taken all three. It was a tough game, and the referee had no control to stop the challenges going in. A better performance from the team tonight.
01.09.07 Brunswick 1 Ragged School 6. It was only 2-1 half time and we were still in the game. Second half it looked like we didn't come out onto the pitch, as the opposition run us ragged.
30.08.07 South Gower 2 Brunswick 1. Not the start to the season we were hoping for, as we struggled to field a side. There are quite a few changes to the side from last season , nonetheless we have teh makings of a side that can still do well in this division.
